Mary Elizabeth Barker 83 of Jacksboro passed away on August 29, 2012. Born in Knox County, the daughter of Jessie and Ina (Stark) Murphree. Visitation is Friday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home; a graveside service will be held Saturday at 2 P.M. at Perrin Memorial Cemetery. Survivors are daughter, Patsy Davis; son, Lloyd and wife Dwinna Barker of Crowley; brother, OgaD and wife Delphia Murphree; sisters Wanda Cox and DonL and husband Maunal Swift; grandchildren, Doug, Tina, Daniel, Danny and Zachary; 10 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded by both parents; husband John W. Barker and son Robert Barker.
