Alonzo "Lonnie" Washington

Alonzo Ricardo (Lonnie) Washington was born October 6, 1955 to the late Myrtle Washington in Mineral Wells, Texas. Alonzo graduated from Killeen High School and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. He joined his late son, Brendan Cottrell; his sister, Kay Stafford; and his mother, Myrtle Washington on March 20, 2023.
 
He was loved by all who knew him.
 
Lonnie leaves behind two sons and one daughter, Damon Wesley of Temple, TX, Alonzo Ricardro Washington II of Avenal, CA, and Veronica Molless of Avenal, CA; sisters; Genetha Mcferren of St. Louis, MO, Felechia Johnson of Mineral Wells, TX, LaVivian Allen of Merida, Mex; bother; Harris Johnson of Mineral Wells, TX. He also leaves behind numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial service will be held 1p.m., Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Bethel Baptist Church in Mineral Wells, TX.
