Barbara Nell Coen

Barbara (Bobbi) McCoy Coen passed away July 9, 2023 in Jacksboro. She was born April 1, 1948 in Mineral Wells the daughter of John Timothy and Veva Marie Gann McCoy.
Bobbi was a fun and caring person. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 siblings, and daughter: DeeAnn McMichael.
She is survived by her daughter: Gina Welch, siblings: Ricky McCoy and Carolyn Hogg, 5 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
