Barbara Wenninger

Barbara Carol Wenninger passed away July 10, 2019 in Arlington. Barbara was born April 6, 1936 to James and Ethel Sanders Myers. She lived most of her life in Mineral Wells before moving to Fort Worth to be near her son, Fred Ackerman and his wife Jan. She worked for many years at the Baker Hotel, the Crazy Water Hotel and Phillips Components. She worked until the age of 70 as a home health care provider. She is survived by her son Fred and his wife Jan Ackerman. Barbara is also survived by her daughter, Singa Bernon; grandchildren, Amy Menchaca, Elisa Bernon, Scott, Cody, and Elias Cienega and 15 wonderful great grandchildren as well as nieces Tanya Lee and Deborah Meeks. Everyone that knew Barbara knows that she had a huge heart and was a very loving and giving person. She will miss and be missed by all of her friends, family and special people in her life including her special love, "Honey". At Barbara's request there will be no memorial or services, but please take a moment and reflect on a fond memory or moment the two of you shared.
