Bennie Lee Bonner

The “Last Pillar of the Brown family generations”, Bennie Lee Bonner, passed away in a local nursing home on September 19, 2024. She was born August 10, 1928, parentage of Link Brown and Ollie Mae Johnson, in Claksville, Tx. Bennie was called “Nanny” or “Aunt Bennie” by those that knew her. Nanny loved people and had a very kind heart. She also loved her coffee.

Nanny had three children: Rose Lee Bonner, Shirley Bonner, and Nathan Brown. Two of her children preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memory: Rose Lee Bonner and a host of other relatives and many friends that will always remember her.

A service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Pollard Cemetery.
