Billie Maxine Rotenberry, 100, of Mineral Wells, Texas passed on July 28, 2026. She was born January 15, 1926 to Ace Andrew and Mary Edna (Davis) Roberts. She married Wayne Lee Rotenberry on June 18, 1941 in Houston, Texas. She attended Southside Church of Christ in Mineral Wells.
Her joy was being a homemaker and working alongside her husband taking care of their forever home and 10 acre peach farm in Garner, where she and Wayne made lots of memories with friends, kids, grandkids and great-grandkids. She loved to cook and will be remembered especially for her egg noodles and prune cake. She will be missed.
She is survived by daughter, Judy Harper; daughter-in-law, Jeannette Rotenberry; nine grandchildren, Allen Wayne Hearne (wife Jayna), Darwin Cockerham, Sherry Broyles (husband Allen), Tommy Wayne Rotenberry, Toy Lee Blue (husband Zak), Stacy Rotenberry, Nikki Hillin (husband Andrew), Lonnie Lee Rotenberry and Jerry Wayne Rotenberry; special niece, Cookie Scott; nephew, Richard Ralph Rotenberry (wife Jan); and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, a sister, her husband, Wayne Lee Rotenberry, and by her sons, Rickey Lee Rotenberry and Michael Wayne Rotenberry.
Billie will be lying in state at the funeral home on Friday until 8 p.m. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at Baum Carlock Bumgardner Funeral Home Chapel at. Burial will follow at Sturdivant Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Shane Broyles, Evan Wright, Jacob Rattan, Chance Blue, Jordan Rotenberry, and Isaiah Rotenberry.
