Billy had nieces and nephews aplenty of whom he loved dearly and had immense pride in.
Billy requested a celebration of his life instead of customary funeral service. The Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Garner Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations be made to the Parker County Animal Shelter or the SPCA in Billy’s name.
