Carolyn Stovall Starrett

Carolyn Stovall Starrett, 78, passed away February 10, 2021 in Mineral Wells. She was born February 5, 1943, in Sweetwater, the daughter of Arthur Sr. and Gracie Herd Bixler. Services will be at 2 PM Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Fairview Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. Visitation is Saturday from 1-2 PM at the church prior to the service. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Carolyn and Ronnie Lee of Mineral Wells, Starla and Donnie Abbott of Kaufman, Lonna and Doug Ramsey of Mineral Wells, step-son: Troy Starrett of Wyoming, grandchildren: Lynn, Kasey, Lindsay, Trey, Amanda, Dustin, Chad, Wesley, J Ray, and Braylyn, 18 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, her fur baby Miranda, great-grand dog Hendrix, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, late husbands: Lonnie Stovall and Wayne Starrett, and siblings: Arthur Bixler Jr., Alfred Bixler, and Sharon Denning.
