Charles Roy Lowe

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Roy Lowe, 66, of Graford, Texas. Beloved husband, father and pa. Chales "Chuck" Lowe was a devoted husband, loving father, and proud Pa, who cherished his family above all else. A master plumber by trade, Chuck dedicated 11 years of service to the City of Arlington as the field inspections supervisor, where he worked faithfully up until his passing. He was a Master Mason with Masonic Lodge 611 in good standing with nearly 14 years of service, a role he carried with pride and dedication. In 1998, he married the love of his life, Judy, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and family memories. Chuck will be remembered for his hardworking nature, caring heart, and the steady presence he brought to those who knew and loved him. He passed away peacefully on April 30th, 2026 in his sleep with his loving wife by his side.

Chuck is preceded in death by his parents Ray and Pat Lowe, brother Mike Lowe, and Sister-in-Law Rose Southern. He is survived by wife Judy, daughters Brandy Murphy and husband Judd, Amanda Boles and fiance Tyler Randle , Kara Harris and husband Joe, and Son Eli Cooper and wife Jessica. Grandchildren, Bryce Hurst, Preslee Murphy, Izabella Boles, and Ella Harris. Great grandson Aziel Lopez. Siblings Cheryl Duer, Dee Dee Savage as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Palo Pinto County Cowboy Church, Santo, Tx. Arrangements are under the direction of Baum-Carlock Bumgardner Funeral Home. The family would like to thank Stephanie Blue and the Gentiva hospice staff.
