Coy Melton Couch

Coy Melton Couch passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2020. He was born February 19, 1949 in Hobbs, New Mexico. Coy loved working with his hands as a cedar hacker or working on old cars. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aud and Dorthy Couch; 2 sons, Bo Couch and Bubby Couch; brothers, Rickey O’Neal Couch, Danny Merl Couch, Troyce Couch, Audie Lee Couch, and Fred William Nelson.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Couch; children, Cody Alan Couch and Lindsay of Brad, Bonnie Rogers of Stephenville, Shawnda Edwards and husband Josh of Waco; sister, Dorthy Jo Couch of Mineral Wells; brother, Eugene Couch of Mineral Wells; numerous grandkids, great-grandkids, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, August 13 at Brad Cemetery. Visitation will be at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home 6-8 Wednesday.

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
