Dale Jean Ball

Dale Jean Scott Ball, 84, passed away September 2, 2023. She was born April 22, 1939 in Paris, Texas to Tommie Lucille Scott.
Dale grew up in Lubbock, Texas where she met and married Jimmy Delton Ball on May 31, 1959. They were active in a local camping club for many years. They were avid RV’ers, going on the trip of a lifetime which took them to Alaska.
Dale is survived by her daughter, Lyndi Dodson of Mineral Wells, Texas and her son Jerry Ball of Fort Worth. She is also survived by her sisters, Judy Stephens, Calera, Oklahoma and Frances Gomez, Irving Texas. Dale also left behind granddaughters, Chrissi Dugan and husband Jamie, Mineral Wells, Texas, and Katherine Ball of Fort Worth, Texas. She also left behind grandsons, Tim Dodson, Mineral Wells, Texas, Jeremy Ball, Grapevine, Texas, Jake Ball, Wapanuka, Oklahoma, and Jerry Shelton, South Dakota. Dale is also survived by great granddaughters, Alissa and Kadie Dugan, Mineral Wells, Texas and great grandson, Aiden McCarty, Wapanuka, Oklahoma.
Dale was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Ball, son Ernie Ball, son in law Tim Dodson, and great grandson, Cason Dugan, her mom, Tommie Clutts and brothers Ricky Smith and James White.
Memorial service is 3 pm Saturday 9/23/2023 in the Chapel.
