Donna Janice Bean

Donna Janice Bean passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022. She was born January 25, 1936 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Mrs. Bean retired from Mineral Wells ISD after 32 years of teaching. She was known for teaching square dancing and baton twirling. Janice not only gave of her time to her students but also to the many foster children in her home over the years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bean; parents, Donald and Claire Blackwell Bond; and brother, Ronald K. Bond. Janice was a great mom and grandmother who will be missed by all.

Survivors include her sons, Bobby Bean and wife Carol and their kids Taylor and Donna, Mark Bean and his kids Crista, Gregg, and Steven, Chuck Bean and kids Dustin and Connor, David Bean and wife Crystal and their kids Caden and Cambrie; great-grandchildren, Elaine, ScottLynn, Noble, Knight, Valor, Haley, Heath, Holt, Johnny Ray, and Kainen; brother, Charlie Bond and wife Janie; sister-in-law, Kay Bond; numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will be 6-8 Friday evening at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 1^st Christian Church in Mineral Wells. Burial will follow at Woodland Park Cemetery.
