Edward Royal

Edward Calvin Royal, 81, went to be with the Lord on December 5th, 2020. He was born on February 23, 1939 in Beeville, Texas. Edward was the son of Herman and Elizabeth Royal.

A celebration of life will be held at Perrin Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Tuesday December 8th at 10am.

Survivors include his son, Carlin and wife Sherry Royal of Whitt Texas; daughter, Rhonda and husband Rick Wilson of Perrin Texas; 4 granddaughters, Sharese, Carlie, Shalin, and Cathryn; 2 great-grandchildren, Nathan, and Tessa; 2 sisters, Dawn Head and Peggy Wright; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Edward was preceded in death by his wife Sarah, his loving parents and a brother, Wilcey.

Edward worked for Lockhead Martin as a machinest for many years before retiring in the late 90's. He loved spending time with his kids, grandkids, and great grandchildren. In his earlier years he loved camping, hunting and fishing, gardening, and watching John Wayne movies. The Texas Rangers were his absolute favorite baseball team, and he enjoyed an old western two step from time to time.
