Eligio Gonzales

Eligio Reyes Gonzales, 78, passed away August 2, 2018 at his home in Mineral Wells. He was born October 14, 1939 in San Angelo the son of Henry and Ramona Reyes Gonzales. He married Amparo Reyna on August 18, 1962 in Sonora. He was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. He worked at Perry Equipment for 46 years. Mass will be 10 AM Monday, August 6, 2018 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. The Rosary will be 6 PM Sunday at the funeral home with visitation following until 8 PM. He is survived by his wife: Amparo Gonzales, children: Michael Gonzales, Norma Blohowiak and husband Jeremy, grandchildren: Kolten and Jaycie Gonzales, Kaitlyn and Taylor Mahaney, Aleck Blohowiak, and Macie Blohowiak, great-grandchildren: Hayden Gonzales, Hudson Gonzales, Hadley Gonzales, and Holland Mahaney, siblings: Ester G. Avila, Earnesto Gonzales, Gloria Gonzales, Arthur Gonzales, Blanch Gonzales, Lamar Gonzales, and Alma Gonzales Mata, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son: Albert Gonzales.
