Floyd James Watkins, 64, passed away August 16, 2022. He was born May 27, 1958 in Conway, Arkansas. Floyd served in the US Army and the National Guard. He worked for CCA and Lindsay State Jail. Floyd was preceded in death by his wife, Pam Jackson Watkins; parents, Oscar Raymond Watkins and May Bell Bramlett Watkins; 5 sisters, Ella Louise, Eva Joy, Gloria Jean, May Elizabeth, and Melanie Zoe.

Survivors include brothers, Roy Watkins and wife Becky, Delton Watkins and wife Carolyn; sister, Della Blevins and spouse J.W.; niece, Champayne Jackson; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
