Frances Parsley Davis

Frances Parsley Davis, 85, passed away January 27, 2023. She was born July 21, 1937 in Oran, Texas. Frances was the Valedictorian of Graford Class of 1955. She married her high school sweetheart, Billy George Davis on September 3, 1955. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be greatly missed. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Lee and Allie Williams Parsley; brother, Douglas Parsley; sister, Dorothy Parsley; granddaughter, Elysia Price Nouri; and daughter-in-law, Bunnie Davis.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Davis; children, Frances Carol Berge, Vanessa Gail Moss and husband Wayne, and Billy Todd Davis; 9 grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home. Services will be 11 a.m., Friday, February 3, 2023 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Oran Cemetery.
