Franklin Wayne Miller

Franklin Wayne Miller was born on December 4th, 1973, in Hutchinson, Kansas, and passed away on April 15th, 2026, in Texas.

Born in Hutchinson, Franklin lived there until moving to Texas as a young boy. He was a very loving and caring person who always provided a safe space for those who needed it and always saw the good in people. He was a fierce protector, always the guy you called when you needed help, and took immense pride in being a brother, uncle, father, son, and was always your "ride or die".

He worked side by side with his father, Denny, for many years. He had a love for motorcycles, fishing with his family, and his Boston terriers. He was a great cook, especially his steaks and BBQ chicken.

He is joining his grandmothers, Jacquline Miller and Noel Rizzo, and grandfathers, Sterling Clyde Miller and Joseph Rizzo, his uncle Danny Miller, his aunt Susie, his brother Mark Long Jr., his cousin Jason Tucker, as well as his dogs Babygirl and Littlebit.

He leaves behind his mother and father Cindy and Denny Rizzo, brother Clyde and wife Shelley Rizzo, sister Shelly Miller and David Palmer, sister Shawna and husband Scooter Wardynski, brother Jason Wright and wife Jennifer, sister Jessica Long, his nephews Noah, Eli, Jacob, Dorian, his niece Olivia, his children Amy, Jennifer, and Matthew, his grandchildren Brooklyn, Brayden, Laila, Lillyann, Aubrey, Messiah, and Jackson, as well as many other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 25th, at 11 am at Calvary Baptist Church, 708 SE 5th St, Mineral Wells, TX 76067.
