Graham Kenyon Byrom, of Millsap, passed away early Monday, December 9, 2019 surrounded by his wife, three daughters, & mother. Graham was 61.A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 2pm. This will be held at HighRidge Church, 1202 SE 6th Ave, Mineral Wells, Tx, where he was a member.Graham is survived by his wife, Linda; daughter Melinda and husband Jeff Fryer, and daughter, Becky and husband Tracy Fryer all of Mineral Wells, Texas; daughter, Zantha and husband Aaron Calcote of Tuttle, Oklahoma; 6 grandchildren, Braden Fryer, Courtney Fryer, Olivia, Anna, Jett, and Brooks Calcote; his parents C.W. "Tack" and Carole Byrom; sisters, M'Laine Tyree and Kelli Byrom; brothers Cedric and wife Karen Byrom, and John David Byrom and finance Sara Escobedo; countless other cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends, too numerous to list.Graham was born in Hobbs, New Mexico in 1958, graduated from Hobbs High School in 1976 having lettered in Track and Choral. He graduated from New Mexico University in 1980 earning a Bachelor Degree. Graham then went to work for Western Company of North America. He worked 30 plus years in the oilfield with Western, BJ Services, and Unichem; making many longtime friends.Graham had the kind of smile that lit up a room. He was genuinely kind with a warm strong heart and always had a positive attitude. As his dear friend said, "Graham always spoke volumes in a few words". We are all better people having been loved by him.Graham's passions were faith, family, singing, skiing, hunting, hiking and boating. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren's sports and other activities. He was also a "Gran-Gram" to many other kids. The "Professional Sports Watcher" standing at the fence with his boys.Graham loved to sing and did so at each of his daughter's weddings. Skiing may have been his biggest passion; if you knew him then you would agree. His love for skiing was infectious and he taught all his family.When Graham married Linda he brought two seperate worlds together and created the wonderful family that they call Blended & Blessed.Graham's easy smile and contagious crazy laugh will be missed like no other.Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
