Jack Weldon George

Jack Weldon George passed away Saturday, November 14, 2020. He was born March 22, 1945 in Plainview, Texas. His parents, Max Weldon and Minnie Faye Jackson George preceded him in death. Jack served in the United States Army where he was the recipient of 2 Purple Hearts. He was a member of the VFW and was loved by everyone who knew him.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Towe George; children, Minnie Musick and husband Terry and Ardie Max George and wife Angelica; grandchildren, Courtney George, Shelby George, Lindsey Musick, Kye Musick, Candace Byrns, Jeremiah Byrns, and Timothy Byrns; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Bailey and husband Richard; brother, Jimmy D. George; numerous other family and friends.
