Jack Lewallen

Jack Lewallen passed away February 28, 2025. He was born June 1, 1958 in Mineral Wells. He is survived by his mother: Barbara Blackwood, uncle: Darryl Lewallen, sister: Kathy Lewallen, brother: Willy Lewallen, sons: Jake and Troy Lewallen Jr., grandchildren: Alyssa and Alanah Nelson, Troy Lewallen III, Lily and Hudson Lewallen, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and his dog Spotty Dale. Jack was a outdoorsman that loved to fish, hunt, and camp with his family while spending time with his dog. He will be missed. Memorial services will be 2 PM Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Rock Creek Road Baptist Church.
