James "Jimmy" Delk

James “Jimmy” Delk passed away Thursday, June 3, 2021 at his home in Pleasanton, TX. He was born August 16, 1955, in Kennett, MO the son of James Woodrow and Dorothy Mae Ross Delk. His parents; brother, Charles Delk; son-in-law, Jason Fortenberry; and niece, Amanda Delk preceded him in death.

Jimmy is survived by his wife, Debbie Delk; daughters, Christine Delk, Jamie Fortenberry, and Staci Toone; sons, Russell (Jennifer) Pierce and Josh (Shauna) Pierce; grandchildren, Gavin, Conner, Shaylynn, and Greyson; by his brother, David (Tina) Delk; niece, Joni (Jason) Mele; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Jimmy will be lying in state at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home on Friday from 9-5. Graveside services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, June 12 at Holders Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.
