James Truman Dudley

James Truman Dudley Sr., 80, passed away on May 12, 2025, in Ft. Worth, Texas. He was born on August 23, 1944, in Weatherford, Texas to Elmer and Estelle Dudley.

James was known for his kind heart and helpful nature. He touched lives with everyday kindness. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.

James was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many.

Survivors include his wife Janie Dudley; daughters, Emily Dudley, Lynn Moore and husband Tyler Moore; grandsons, Trey Dudley and Aden Moore; and his sister, Louise Short. James was preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Estelle Dudley; son, James Dudley Jr.; brother, Barney Dudley; and other family members.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Graford Cemetery.
