Janet Marthei Seaman

Janet Marthei Hollowell Seaman, 72, passed away August 11th, 2025 at her country home in the Mineral Wells, Texas area. She was born August 17th, 1952 in Fort Worth, Texas, the daughter of Lester and Billie Hollowell. She was married to Mark Seaman on April 24th, 1982 in Irving, Texas - her husband of over 43 years. 

Services will be 2 PM Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 at Indian Creek Baptist Church in Mineral Wells. Burial will follow at Indian Creek Cemetery. 

Janet is survived by her husband: Mark Seaman of Mineral Wells; her three sons and spouses: Jonathan and Brooke Seaman of Mineral Wells, David and Sarah Seaman of Willow Park Texas, Jared and Allie Seaman of Waynesville, Missouri; grandchildren: Maci Sapien, Micah Seaman, Eleanor Seaman, Emma Seaman, Sydney Seaman; brothers: Ed Hollowell of Fort Worth, Gary Hollowell and wife Cathy of Gainesville, Texas; sister: Keta Johnson of Sherman, Texas; brothers in law: Bob Darr of San Angelo, Texas, David Holbrook of San Angelo, Fleming Smith of Dewitt, Virginia; and many beloved nieces / nephews and cousins. 

Janet was preceded in death by her parents: Lester and Billie Hollowell; sisters: Nancy Darr, Carol Holbrook, Linda Smith.
