Jerry Ross Harrison

Jerry Ross Harrison passed away October 23, 2021. He was born March 23, 1941 in Denison, Texas the son of John Andrew and Dorothy Tanner Harrison. Jerry served in the US Army National Guard. He worked at Cantex and US Brick, now Hansen Brick. Jerry was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Harrison and daughter, Shelly Riggs. Survivors include his children, Leslie Schutz and husband Billy Riggs and John Mark Harrison and wife Missy; grandchildren, Brandan and Brittany Schutz, Brooklyn and James Bates, Thomas Eneeke Harrison, Billy Riggs, Jr., Alicia Riggs, Lea Riggs and partner Glen Glass; great-grandkids, Braydan Schutz, Elijah Schutz, Carlee Bates, Paislee Bates, James Bates, Jr., McKennon Harrison, Stellan Harrison, Elliott Harrison, Mariah San Miguel, Emma West, Gavin West; siblings, Johnetta Barnes, Jimmy “Jay” Harrison, Bill Harrison and wife Rosanne; numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to Mineral Wells Nursing & Rehab and Solaris Hospice for their care of our daddy. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Friday, October 29, 2021 at the Mineral Wells Church of God. Interment will follow at Woodland Park Cemetery.
