Jerry Glenn Whittenburg, Sr.

Jerry Glenn Whittenburg Sr. went to be with our Lord on February 24, 2021. Jerry was born on February 12, 1953 in Mineral Wells, Texas to Dayman and Mary Whittenburg. 

          Jerry was proceeded in death by his son Jerry Glenn Whittenburg Jr., his first wife Georgia Davis-Whittenburg, his dad Dayman Whittenburg Sr., and his Mother Mary Hunt-Whittenburg.

          He is survived by his wife Brenda Peacock-Whittenburg, his brothers Joe Whittenburg, D.C. Whittenburg, and Roy D. Whittenburg. His children Jeri Whittenburg-Veach, Justin Whittenburg, and Tracy Whittenburg. His step-children Christopher Gary, Anthony Peacock, and Zackary Peacock. He is also survived by numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

          Services will be held on March 6, 2021 at Northside Baptist Church in Mineral Wells at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Jerry’s funeral expenses at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner.
