Jimmy was born March 4, 1935 and passed away April 20, 2025 at his home in Mineral Wells.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Doc and Carrie Brooks, 3 brothers: James, John, and Bennie, and sister: Linda Wright.
He is survived by his wife: Gloria Brooks, son and daughter-in-law: Phil and Joanna Brooks, daughter and son-in-law: Charlotte and Jose Patino, grandchildren and spouses: Trent and Kelly, Cole and Melissa, Paden and Rhonda, Emily and Will, and Abbie, great-grandchildren: Adison, Hudson, Amelia, Eli, and Otto, sisters: Barbara and Bonnie, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Memorial services are 2 PM Saturday at Indian Creek Baptist Church.
