Jimmy Hal Tibbs, 64, passed away April 17, 2013 in a Cypress hospital. He was born July 11, 1948 in Mineral Wells the son of James and Mary Earlene Jones Tibbs. Services will be 2 PM Saturday, April 20, 2013 in the Bum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Palo Pinto Cemetery. He is survived by his brother: Ben Tibbs of Hempstead, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
