Joe Girard

Joe Donald Girard, 78, passed away October 18, 2019 in Fort Worth He was born December 24, 1938 in Fort Worth the son of Louis Walton and Delia Holtzclaw Girard. He had lived in Mineral Wells for the past 20 years and in Fort Worth prior to that. Graveside services will be 10:30 AM Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Woodland Park Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. He is survived by his siblings and spouses: Carolyn and Obie Dow of Mineral Wells, Tommy R. and Mary James of Portland, Oregon, L. W. and Jerrie Girard of Schulenberg, Texas, nieces and nephew: Rebecca Davis, Charlotte Watson and husband Dale, Daval Dow and wife Dana, great-nieces: Amanda Davis and Misty Gill, great-great-niece: Jaylynne Gill, and numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister: Geraldine Ray, and nephew: Randy Dow.
