John William Collins, 37, passed away January 12, 2009 in a Mineral Wells hospital. He was born January 20, 1971 in Welch, West Virginia the son of Benjamin Joseph and Phyllis Jean Reed Collins. A private memorial service will be held in Virginia at a later date.
