Johnny Angelo Andreatta

Johnny Angelo Andreatta, a devoted rancher, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2026, in Weatherford, Texas. Born on November 10, 1943, in Santa Barbara, California, to John and Mary Reck Andreatta.

Johnny spent his life nurturing the land and cultivating a spirit of kindness and warmth that left an indelible mark on all who knew him. Known for his gentle nature and welcoming demeanor, Johnny had a rare gift for making others feel at ease, whether they were longtime friends or first-time visitors. He loved his children and granddaughters and was loved by many. Johnny was a member of Patillo Baptist Church and Masonic Lodge.

He is lovingly remembered by children and spouses, Ricky and Diane Andreatta, Curtis and Shauna Hastings, and Rodney and Stephanie Andreatta; by his grandchildren: Abigail Hastings, Ashlynn Rogers and Sophia Andreatta; and by numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held to honor Johnny’s memory on May 19, 2026, 2:00 PM at New Gordon Cemetery, located on Cemetery Lane in Gordon, Texas. It will be a time for family, friends, and community members to come together in remembrance of a man who touched so many lives with his genuine spirit.
