Judy Dodson

Judy Ann Dodson, 72, passed away on her birthday December 31, 2017 in Fort Worth. She was born December 31, 1945 in Monahans the daughter of Clarence D. and Juanita Garvin Benton. She married Jesse Dodson on June 2, 1962 in Mineral Wells. She was a longtime resident of Perrin and attended the First Baptist Church of Perrin. She was very involved in the Perrin Whitt CISD through all the years that her children attended. She was raised in the Sturdivant Community. The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date. She is survived by her husband: Jesse Dodson of Perrin, daughters and sons-in-law: Denise Dodson of Perrin, Misty and Michael Short of Mineral Wells, Briana and Jeff Graham of Perrin, grandchildren: Chrissi, Timothy, Stetson, Dakota, Hailey, Maycee, Cooper, and Huck, great-grandchildren: Alyssa, Kadie, Chloe, Waylon, and Josey, sisters: Donna Hanson, Vickie Pitzer, and Kelly Whitling, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter: Shellie Dodson, son: Tim Dodson, and brothers: Jimmy, Ricky Dean, and Buddy Benton.
