Larry “Pap-Pap” Biery passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, January 20, 2024. He was born May 2, 1950 in Wheeling, WV. He moved to Texas in 1961. He married Jacque Buzan on April 5, 1969. He worked in the stainless kitchen equipment business for 23 years until they moved to Possum Kingdom Lake in 1988 where he started Larry’s Appliance Repair (and more). Larry was a 50 plus year Master Mason at Arlington Heights and Graford Masonic Lodges. Larry was loved around the lake for his jelly, peanut butter balls, fresh eggs and kind smile.
Larry is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jacque Biery. His son Matt Biery and wife Sammi, and son Bennie Biery. Granddaughter Ashtin Sharp and husband Jake, grandson Brady Biery and wife Emilie. Great grandkids Paisleigh Sharp, Pierson Sharp and Lyle Biery. Uncle Ron Biery and wife Shauna of Mexico, Missouri. Numerous special nieces and nephews and a host of friends, especially his PK coffee club friends.
A special thank you to the staff of Graham Oaks Care Center and Solaris Hospice for their loving care.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 27th at Main Street Events (204 N.Main Street) in Graford, Texas at 11:30am.
