Larry Schulte

June 17, 1957 — July 8, 2022

Larry Schulte passed away on July 8, 2022; loving husband to Mildred Schulte of 31 years. He was born June 17, 1957 at the Nazareth Hospital in Mineral Wells. He graduated Mineral Wells High School and decided to serve our country. After serving four years in the U.S. Air Force, Larry went to work for Wes-Tex Vending and retired after 40 years.

He loved to spend time with his family and even though he would deny it, he was also the biggest empath that knew exactly when you needed a big hug and a corny joke. You would always leave him with a smile. He had a nick name for everyone and every situation.

Family members, in addition to his wife, include his children: Jessica Archer (Gary), Brent Schulte (Jessica), and Casey Schulte (Brandee); grandchildren: Kayden and Rylee Archer, Preston, Kara, Zeth and Sylas Schulte; sister: Linda Schulte; brother: Ricky Schulte (Rebecca). Several brother-in-law and sister-in-laws. He had many nieces and nephews including one he considered his daughter Crystal Samples. Lots of extended family members. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Geneva Schulte; and two brothers, John and James Schulte.

A celebration of life and lunch for Larry will be held Saturday, July the 16th at 11am at Southside Church of Christ. Bring stories, pictures and memories to share of Larry. Otherwise dress as casual as you like. This is how Larry would have wanted it.
