LaVerne Kathleen Beaudoin Long passed away December 13, 2025. She was born March 14, 1939 to Arthur and Margaret Gauthier Beaudoin in Kingsford, Michigan.
LaVerne is survived by her children: Teresa (David) Chesnut, Danny (Toni) Long, Sandy (Mark) Boyd, and Christine (Mark) Chesnut, 7 grandchildren: Allen, Tonya, Nicole, Tabitha, Chris, Cory, and Ethan, 13 great-grandchildren: Wyatt, Maddox, Xander, Davy, Aubrey, Grayson, Lottie, Katie, John, Clayton, Markus, Trenton, and Laylah, and 2 sisters: Helen and Debbie.
She was preceded in death by her grandson: Blake Long, great-grandsons: Weston and Wylee Chesnut, her parents, and 3 brothers: Art, Bobby, and Billy.
Private Services and she will be lying in state Monday evening at the funeral home.
