Luis David Jimenez

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Luis David Jimenez, age 20, on May 24, 2025. Luis David was a beloved son, brother, and a friend to many. He was born on December 23, 2004 in Mineral Wells, Texas.

Luis was a joyful, optimistic and hard-working young man. Luis had a passion for horses ever since he was four years old. He lived most of his childhood at Quick Style Ranch in Perrin, Texas. In 2019, at the age 14, he moved to Turner West Performance Horses in Garner Texas. There is where he lived out his childhood dream of learning to ride horses and trained to compete in cutting horse shows.

He is survived by his parents; his father, Modesto Andrade; his mother, his Celia Jimenez; his sister, Diana E Jimenez; and his brother, Ricardo Andrade. He is predeceased by his grandmother Belen Diaz.

Luis David will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Luis was a true friend, a loving son and a caring brother. He was respectful to all, and never failed to brighten any room he was in with his jokes and laughter. To know Luis was to love him.
