b. September 3, 1929

Louise was born September 3, 1929 to Major and Rose Lee Sanders in Frost, TX. She went to be with the Lord her Savior may 31,2019. She married Jasper Newton Blackerby, Jr, the love of her life. Graveside services will be Wednesday 6/5/19 2pm at Staggs Prairie Cemetery & visitation Tuesday night 6-8pm in the Baum Carlock Bumgardner Funeral Home Chapel. Louise worked at Service Drug and Johnson Drug during her school days. She worked at the Hosiery Mill, Edo Air Mitchell & the job she loved the most working with students in the Mineral Wells I.S.D. Louise retired in 1994. She put in many hours of volunteer work helping people. Louise adored & loved her grandchildren & great grandchildren. Louise will always be remembered for her compassion & wisdom in writing letters & cards to many people, always adding her favorite verse Philippians 1:3-4. Louise is survived by daughters Sylvia, Bethann & Gail husband Eddie; grandchildren: Jeremy & wife Heather Hamscher, Dustin Hamscher, Misti & husband Corey Windham; Greatgrandchildren: Brennan, Chandler, Aubrie, Owen. Jaden, Brilee, Hayden & Addisyn; Sister Sheryl; Brothers: John, Russell, Butch Leslie & many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Special daughter: Clareece Courtney & Shirley & Greg Subblett. Louise was preceded in death by her parents, husband Junior Blackerby in 2014; sisters: Dorothy, Carolyn; Brothers: Lonnie, Morris, Joe, Bobby Wayne & Baby Boy Sanders. Louise will be greatly missed. She was our momma, our granny, our sister, our rock and our angel who loved us to the moon & back.
