Margaret Goff

Margaret Goff, 91, April 12, 1924, of Mineral Wells passed into her Lord's arms on January 27, 2016. She was born in Caddo, TX; the daughter of Henry Hawkins and Ethel Langford. Margaret was a long time member of Central United Methodist Church and the lions club. She loved volunteering at the hospital for 20 years, meals on wheels, the senior center, and special care helping install life alerts for the elderly. A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 30, 2016 1pm at Central United Methodist Church; burial will follow at Millsap Cemetery. She leaves behind nephew, Mike Childs and wife Mary; great niece, Gina Childs, Holly Childs and Sharron Childs; great-great nieces, Bailey Parker, Shelby Tidmore and Haley Heaton; great-great nephews, Trey Childs, Colby Childs and Jimmy Pearson; great-great-great nephews, Landyn Gossett and Brendyn Gossett. She was preceded in death by parents, Henry and Ethel Hawkins; sister Melba Childs, nephew; Ronald Childs, great nephew; Mike Childs and husband J.R. Goff. In Lieu of flowers, family requests to send donations be made to Central United Methodist Church.
