Mark Allen Fulkerson

Mark Allen Fulkerson passed away January 21, 2026. He was born October 25, 1960 in Long Beach, California.

Mark graduated from Mineral Wells High School in 1978 and enlisted in the in the Navy following graduation until 1983. His hobbies included being on the lake with a drink and fishing pole, camping and ATV trips with his son and buddies, sitting on his porch surrounded by all the animals he loved, following “his girls” around caring for and showing pigs, and talking shop and working on any vehicle he could.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Nancy (Kelley) Fulkerson; niece, Shana Lewis, and brother, Ricky Fulkerson.

Survivors include his daughter, Trisha Otero and husband Luis of Gordon; son, Justin Fulkerson and wife Lindsay of Lone Camp; grandchildren, Marisa Jilek and husband Noah, Marcus Otero, Holly Fulkerson and Heidi Fulkerson; sisters, Deborah Foreman and husband John of Brownsville, Sharon Hicks and husband David of Kileen, Tammy Radford and husband Kalvin of Mineral Wells; lifelong friends Rocky Timmons of over 50 years and Wendy Wright of 30 years; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends he loved like family.

The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
