Maurice Rashad Cyphers

Maurice Rashad Cyphers passed away July 1, 2026 in Fort Worth, Tx. He was born September 25, 1997 in Pineville, LA.

Maurice graduated from Mineral Wells High School and completed college courses in technology. He worked as a surveyor in developing a data center.

Survivors include his children: Uriah, Yumi, Xyon, Kamari, and Kiyomi; his siblings: Tramika, Kequan, Jay, and Damarion; mother-in-law : Crystal; grandparents: Thomas and Sandra Gilbert; his aunties and uncles: Tiffiney, Ben Jr, Clarence, Stephen, Neal, Milton Jr, Wanda, Eva, Tracy, and Anette; niece and nephews: Laniyah, Zareyah, and Messiah; his little cousin that is like his little brother, Stephan; and many other extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Frentroy Allen; his great grandmother, Ollie Mae Smith; and his great grandfather, Milton Johnson Sr.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, July 18, 2026 at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Chapel.
