Melinda Ball

August 2, 1974 — October 27, 2022

Melinda Darnell Ball passed away October 27, 2022 at home surrounded by family.  She was born August 2, 1974, in San Diego, California, to John F. Heneka and Deborah Elaine Pearce.  Melinda loved to help and care for people, which is evident in her work at local nursing homes, but even more so in caring for her parents', Deborah and Terry Cramer, medical needs in her later years, up until the day when her own health had taken a turn for the worse.

Melinda, who grew up across the country, faced many challenges in completing her education, but she was able to succeed through self-determination and hard work. An accomplishment that she was proud of.  Even more so that she was able to create a stable environment for all four of her children to graduate.

Melinda's life was rarely easy, but she lived it with honesty, self sacrifice, and a big heart.  A loving mother and devoted daughter that was very much loved and will be missed.

Survived by her children Matthew Cramer, Robert Cramer Ball, Jeremy Ball, Alyss Cramer Ball; her dad, Terry Cramer; brother, Johnathan Heneka; and sister and her husband, Suzann and Eddie Sterling. Including her numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, but especially Jennifer Keller and Lawerence Watson whom she grew up very closely.  Melinda is preceded in death by her mother, Deborah Cramer.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, December 17, 2022 at the Mineral Wells Church of God.
