Opal Viola Webster, 92, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2020. She was born August 24, 1927, to Obadiah “Obi” and Alice Weldon Culp, in Millsap, Texas. She was a member of Mineral Wells Church of God. Opal was preceded in death by her husbands, Cophlin Williams and James Webster; son Mark Williams; and 3 brothers.
Survivors include her sister-in-law, Pat Beck; special friend, Inez Meeks; numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Monday, February 17 at Fairview Cemetery in Millsap.
