Patricia Sue Nissen

Patricia Sue Nissen passed away Sunday, August 14, 2022 at home surrounded by her family. She was born November 20, 1942, in Gordon, Texas, to Carl and Alma Black Craddock. Patricia lived in Garner for 30 years. She obtained her business degree and was the secretary to the CEO of Metro Airlines. An accomplishment Patricia was proud of was being the 2^nd female Link instructor at Camp Wolters. She was a member of Bethesda Methodist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher for many years. Most of all Patricia lived her life for her children and grandchildren; they were her pride and joy.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Nissen; siblings, Dr. Yvonne “Bitsy” Sloan, Jack Craddock, and Judy Haney Mallory.

Survivors include her children, Nick Nissen and wife Jan, Lisa Nissen Siesmore and husband Buzz, Troy Nissen and wife Laurie, Shanah Coe, and Tonya Sullivan; sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Nissen Brackemyer and husband Jerry; 8 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Bethesda Methodist Church.
