Paul Franklin Bandy

Paul Franklin Bandy passed away on September 21, 2025. He was born November 30, 1964 to N. W. Bandy and Sylvia Dewey Bandy.

Paul received his bachelor’s degree in business at Tarleton. He was in the United States Navy from 1990 – 1993, where he was part of Operation Desert Shield in 1990 and Desert Storm in 1991. Paul was a mail carrier for the US Post Office, working there for 28 years. He was also part of the Santo Masonic Lodge #836 and the Order of the Eastern Star OES #127.

Paul loved his family, watching the grandkids play sports, and all animals.

Paul was preceded in death by his father -NW Bandy, sister -Regina Greenhalgh, and brother -James Woodson (Woody) Bandy.

Survivors include his mother, Sylvia Bandy; his wife, Kimberly Roberts Bandy; son, Bryce Bandy; daughters, Brandi Baker (Charles) and Terri Hansen (Cameron); grandchildren, Kaleb Wingate, Kaden Wingate, Carsyn Collier, Keira White, Calvin White, and Gwendolyn Hansen; sisters, Sharron Taylor (Kenneth) and Roseanna Bowden; sister-in-law, Michelle Bandy; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, October 4, 2025 at the First Baptist Church of Santo.
