Penny Ann Frissell, 74, of Mineral Wells passed away Sunday, May 10, 2020. She was born March 10, 1946, in Ashtabula, Ohio, to Frances and Ruth Nims Phillips. Penny will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Penny is survived by her children, Sean Robey, Peggy Lane, William “Bill” Frissell, and Cindy Schwerdtfeger; 10 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
