Randy Ross Treadwell

On Resurrection Sunday, April 5th, Randy Ross Treadwell, 39, of Santo passed from this earth into the arms of his loving heavenly Father. Randy was born November 11, 1986 in Stephenville, Texas to Bobby and Brenda Treadwell.

He graduated from Santo Hight School in 2005 and attended college in Lubbock. After college he returned home to help his father with his cattle business. He worked for various sale barns buying and selling cattle. For the last five years he has worked for Capital Land & Livestock.

He loved anything to do with the outdoors especially hunting, fishing, and looking for arrowheads with his special corgi Lucy (aka – the Wild Child).

His funeral will be Saturday, April 11th at FBC Santo. Visitation will be Friday, April 10th at Baum Carlock Baumgardner Funeral Home in Mineral Wells. Burial will follow at Santo North Cemetery. In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made to either Lipan Cowboy Church (Lipan), Highridge Church (Mineral Wells or First Baptist Church (Santo) Youth Programs.

He is survived by his parents Bobby and Brenda Treadwell; aunt, Belinda Towler; uncle, Steve Towler and numerous cousins.

He is proceeded in death by his sister, Becky Treadwell; grandparents, Billy and Eleanor Treadwell, Burton Henry and Carolyn Munday; aunt, Barbara Seacrest and uncle, Buren Henry.

Randy was a blessing to everyone who knew him. He never met a stranger and was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed one. He loved kids, and spending time with his family and friends, including dad #2, Danny Long, Jordan Ferguson, Tarissa Williams (children Emry and Cove), Tarryn Reagan, Nicole Long, Lacey Christopher (son Lane) and Mariah Fischer.

Pallbearers will be: Jordan Ferguson, Chase Morgan, Cal Parker, Nick Riggs, Raymond Gutierrez and Christian Olson.
