Richard Edward Catt Jr, 68, passed away August 20, 2021 in Mineral Wells. He was born December 24, 1952 in Oakland, California the son of Richard Edward Catt Sr. and Elizabeth Marie Kersh Catt. He married Peggy Lowry on April 28, 1972 in Livingston, Alabama. He is survived by his wife: Peggy Catt, son: Chris Catt, daughter: Pepper Lyn Catt, granddaughter: Brenda Lyn Catt-DeGuzman, and numerous extended family and friends.
