Robert Leon Barham

Robert Leon Barham, age 84, went home to be with the Lord on October 19, 2021. He was born on January 19, 1937, in Erath County to Charles Irvin and Otheta Jones Barham. He Married Elizabeth Naomi Mitchell, on November 16, 1955, and they had 65 wonderful years of marriage.

Robert worked for Malsby Milk Company for 8 years and Pepsi Cola for 2 years. After that he worked for Coca Cola Co for 35 years and retired from there on February 1, 1998. Robert volunteered with the Texas Baptist Men for 10 years and later drove a school bus for Mineral Wells ISD for several years. He was a deacon at First Baptist Church of Mineral Wells where he attended for many years with wife Naomi. They also were members of the Prime-Time ministry and the Achievers sunday school class.

Robert leaves behind his wife Elizabeth Naomi, sons Danny Barham and wife Kim, Ronnie Barham and wife Marianna, Allen Barham and wife Leslee, and Michael Barham and wife Angie. Grandchildren Mark, Brandon, Cole and wife Crystal, Ashley and husband Brad Preston, Todd and wife Krystal, Chase and wife Ashli, Kaylee and husband Kit Sparks, Jordan and wife Hillary, Riley, and Shawn Nelson. Great-grandchildren Colbie Barham, Hunter, Kylee, MacKenzie, Joelle, and Jay Barham, Tyler, Briar and Blake Preston, Noah, Madi, Isaiah and Jonah Barham, Reece and Carter Barham, Kayden, Kenzlee and Kallen Sparks. Brother Stanley and wife Sandra and Sister-in-laws Jenny and Charlotte Barham.

Preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers Charles, Jesse, Floyd, and James, 2 sisters Doney and Joann and great-grandchild Jaxon Barham.

Services for Robert Barham will be held on Monday, October 25, 2021, at 2:00 pm at the First Baptist Church at 2:00pm. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 24, 2021, from 3:00-5:00 pm at Baum-Carlock Bumgardner Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
