Sherry Bennett

Sherry Denise Bennett, 44, of Mineral Wells passed away Thursday, February 5, 2009 in a Tyler, TX hospital. Services will be 2 PM Sunday at the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with burial in the Woodland Park Cemetery. William Eudy will be officiating. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Saturday. Ms. Bennett was born January 25, 1965, in Lubbock, the daughter of B. C. and Jodie Thompson Bennett. She moved to Mineral Wells in 2002 and was a Baptist. Sherry was special person with a wonderful personality who never met a stranger. She had a contagious smile, a tender heart, was loved by all who knew her and will be missed by everyone. Survivors include her parents, Wilburn and Jodie Zuber of Mineral Wells; daughter, Shantel Bennett of Mineral Wells; son, Michael Garcia of Lubbock; brother and sister-in-law, Allen and Kathy Reid of Lubbock; sister, Sheryl Arguello of Lubbock; step-brother and wife, Todd and Peri Zuber of Altus, OK; step-sisters and husband, Deana Riddle of Virginia Beach, VA and Donna and James Walton of Franklin, VA; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father.
