Sherry Lee Dudley

Sherry Dudley passed away on Monday January 23, 2023 at Medical City Fort Worth. She was born to H.B. Brooks and Jewel Laverne Brooks on April 30, 1943.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Sonny Brooks; sister, Vickie Blain; brother-in-law, Elton Short; daughter-in-law, Lisa Dudley; husband, Barney Dudley; and their daughter, Corina Kay Dudley.

Survivors include her sister, Frankie Detherage; sister-in-law, Louise Short; brother-in-law, Truman Dudley; her son, Danny Dudley; grandchildren, Jake Dudley, Kasey Newman and her husband Shane Newman; great-grandchildren, Hayden Mcada, Kasen Mcada, Oliver Crowson, and Kamerin Newman; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Sherry was the laughter in our family; her humor and feisty spirit will be missed. She loved us just as we were. But after all, this is only our temporary home, we will meet again one day. Your memory will be carried with us for a lifetime. What a great gift of love you gave us all.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Graford Cemetery.
