Simon Coey Sheehan

Simon Coey Sheehan, 25, passed away October 13, 2026. He was born October 21, 2000 in Clovis, New Mexico.

Simon was a construction worker by trade. He had a deep love for playing basketball, fishing, hunting, looking for arrow heads, and classic cars. Camping with family and sitting around a campfire was when he was his happiest. When Simon loved, he loved deep. He loved his family unconditionally and cherished his special bond with his sister. Simon loved the Lord Jesus Christ and the family takes peace and comfort knowing he is walking the streets of purest gold with his papa and others that went on before him.

He was preceded in death by his Papa, Larry Dean Sheehan, Sr.; great-grandparents, Raymond and Cleva Nell Bullell, Auther Clyde Sheehan and Betty Hull; aunts and uncles, Ricky Sheehan, Shirley Sheehan, Olivia Sheehan, Linda McCament, and Jerri Valluzzi; five cousins, Nathan Thacker, Chastidy Hensley, Jason Gober, Zachariah Sheehan, and Ryder Sheehan.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Candace and Bruce Baker; father, Joshua Paul Sheehan; sister, Katelyn Sheehan; stepsister, Sheena Baker-Hart; stepbrother, Dallas Baker; grandparents, Shirley Sheehan, Gary and Elaine Rodgers; aunts and uncles, Larry and Patsy Sheehan, Michael and Nikki Sheehan, Christopher and Kay Sheehan, Stacy and Andy Martinez, Mandy and Nelson Lancione, Tammy and Mike Villanueva, Kevin and Marie Rodgers, Shane and Charlotte Rodgers; his cousins, Jimmy, JT, Starlene and Shanelle Sheehan, Zailey Thompson, BreeAnna Hunt and Odessa Sheehan, Kelci Sheehan, Oaklynn and Hunter Sheehan, Kelly Woodruff, Andrew Martinez, Tyrese McDonald, Brooklyn McDonald, Kandra Gonzales, Mikey Villanueva, Chelsea Villanueva, Misty Villanueva, Marrisa Villanueva, Dominick Rodgers, Derick Rodgers, Danielle Rodgers, Koby Rodgers, Kyle Rodgers, Kadin Rodgers; and numerous second cousins and friends.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, October 31, 2026 at Woodland Park Cemetery.
